Jacob VanZant mother and his family member have been asking the public for help to find Jacob, who went missing on February 17, 2023. 

The Lodi Police Department has confirmed that the vehicle belonging to 24-year-old Jacob VanZant, who has been missing since leaving a restaurant in Lodi on February 17, was found by a dive team on Saturday.

VanZant, from Stockton, California, had been reported missing by his family.

According to AWP, human remains were found inside the vehicle, which they believe to be Jacob VanZant. The group assisted law enforcement in recovering the remains.

While the Lodi police have confirmed that the car belonged to VanZant, the medical examiner still needs to verify the identity of the remains.

AWP stated that they could identify the search area with the help of cellphone pings.

The group believes that the incident was an accident and that VanZant’s car ended up in the water at the end of a road that could be easily overlooked.

Who Is Jacob VanZant Mother Joanna VanZant And Father?

According to Joanna VanZant, Jacob’s mother, he works at Pacific Coast Producers and usually visits Shangri La after work before returning to Stockton. Credit card transactions from that day revealed that Jacob had bought gasoline at Costco at Reynolds Ranch before dinner.

A 24-year-old man went missing after leaving Shangri La Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar in Downtown Lodi on February 17.

VanZant was last seen having dinner at the restaurant at around 7:30 p.m. that day. He was supposed to pick up his girlfriend from her job after dinner but never showed up.

Everyone got worried after VanZant did not show up to pick up his girlfriend, and his family filed a report the same day. 

After almost two mothers, Police could locate the missing man’s vehicle, and they believed that VanZant’d body part was found inside.

But still, there is no clear information about it, and his mother and other family member have been waiting for him to show up alive and okay. 

There is no mention of Jacob VanZant’s father, which suggests that he may have been raised solely by his mother. However, it is also possible that information about his father is not included.

Jacob VanZant Wife: Was He Married?

It is unclear whether Jacob was married, but he was supposed to pick up his girlfriend the day he went missing. 

VanZant was in a long-term relationship, but the information about his girlfriend has been kept away from the eyes of the media. 

His girlfriend and mother mentioned that he never showed up at his girlfriend’s workplace that day, so they worried about him and filed a missing complaint. 

The family is concerned about his disappearance and is seeking information to help locate him. Jacob wore a black-hooded sweater, dark jeans, and black boots when he was last seen. Jacob is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and has dark brown hair and eyes.

But after his vehicle was found, most people lost hope about Jacob coming home alive and healthy.

Hopefully, clear information will get shared about they will examine the vehicle they found where Jacob was last seen.
